🚫 Order Return Policy

FlashMart follows a strict no return policy. Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned. Please confirm all details before placing your order.

• ❌ No product exchanges or replacements allowed
• ✅ Refunds are only provided if a paid order is cancelled before dispatch
• 💳 Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
• 🚫 COD (Cash on Delivery) orders are not eligible for refunds once placed
